Play Ball!

We were a little worried that Mason would be lost without college basketball. He didn't miss a beat and is now a huge baseball fan. His favorite teams are the Huskers (he went to his first game today), the Royals (go Alex Gordon), the Red Sox (because that's the team on his favorite ball and bat) and the Titans (Uncle Brady's team).



Mason trying out his baseball T with his Red Sox's bat. He sometimes swings with 2 hands but a lot of the time he has to hold his Red Sox's ball in his other hand and just swings 1 handed.

He loves his bat and ball so much he fell asleep with it 3 nights last week.

Mason at his first Husker game today. He cheers Go Big (leaving out the Red) when he says anything Husker. He did well for the first 3 innings but started to get restless after that and we ended up leaving in the 7th inning. The Huskers did as well as Mason, losing to Kansas 6-3.
